At Navigara, we’re on a mission to bring clarity and intelligence to software engineering teams. Engineering orgs are pouring money into AI coding tools and almost none of them can say what came back. Our platform answers that: what the tokens bought, where the leverage is real, and which teams are actually shipping faster because of it.
We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who can turn model output, token spend and agent activity into interfaces that feel obvious. You’ll own how customers see and act on AI signal, from live token-spend views to ROI drill-downs to board-ready reports, and you’ll build the streaming, generative surfaces our AI features are delivered through.
You’ll also work the way we expect our customers to. Agentic coding tools are part of the daily loop here, and we care that you have real opinions about where they help and where they quietly cost you.
This is a hybrid role based at our engineering office in Brno, Czechia. We expect you on site for the days the team needs to be in the room together, and trust you to work remotely the rest of the time.
What you’ll do
- Build performant, accessible interfaces in React, TypeScript and Next.js
- Ship streaming LLM surfaces: token-by-token output, tool-call state, cancel and retry
- Design visualizations that make token spend, model mix and AI ROI legible at a glance
- Turn agent and model telemetry into drill-downs an engineering leader can defend in a board meeting
- Partner with backend engineers to shape LLM and analytics APIs from the consumer side
- Own UI architecture decisions: components, state, performance, evals of AI-facing flows
- Use agentic coding tools daily and push what you learn back into the product
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of frontend engineering experience
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript and modern CSS
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM-backed features to production, not just prototypes
- Experience building data-heavy interfaces (charts, tables, drill-downs)
- Strong product sense and an eye for interaction detail
- A clear view of how AI changes your own engineering workflow, and where it doesn’t
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have
- Worked with the AI SDK, streaming server components, or SSE at scale
- Built UI for agents: approval steps, tool traces, long-running task state
- Background in developer tools, BI, or analytics platforms
- Open source contributions
